Art. 355

1 Eingeleitete Quartierplanverfahren können vom Ge-

meindevorstand57 hinsichtlich Inhalt und Verfahren auf begründetes

Gesuch eines Grundeigentümers oder von Amtes wegen dem neuen

Recht unterstellt werden, sofern dadurch keine unverhältnismässigen

Verzögerungen entstehen; ein solcher Beschluss ist den Beteiligten

schriftlich mitzuteilen.

2 Eingeleitete private Quartierplanverfahren sind unter Angabe

des Verfahrensstands dem Gemeindevorstand57 zu melden.
