Art. 352

Massnahmen des Natur- und Heimatschutzes bleiben auch II. Massnahmen

dann in Kraft, wenn sie in einem diesem Gesetz widersprechenden des Natur- und

Verfahren oder mit abweichender Zuständigkeit erlassen wurden; nach

Massgabe der Interessen des Natur- und Heimatschutzes sind Lücken

zu füllen und inhaltliche Abweichungen den neuen Vorschriften anzu-

passen.
