Art. 31

27 1 Der kommunale Richtplan kann sich auf einzelne Teil-

richtpläne beschränken. Über die zu ordnenden Sachbereiche ent-

scheidet das zur Festsetzung zuständige Organ.

2 Auf den Verkehrsplan mit den kommunalen Strassen für die

Groberschliessung und den Wegen von kommunaler Bedeutung darf

nicht verzichtet werden.
