Art. 262
55, 59 1 Gebäude dürfen die im Zonenplan festgelegte Wald-
abstandslinie nicht überschreiten; ausserhalb des Bauzonengebiets be-
trägt der Abstand von der forstrechtlichen Waldgrenze 30 m.
2 Ausgenommen sind unterirdische Bauten und Gebäudeteile sowie
Anlagen.
3 Offene nicht abgestützte Balkone dürfen ohne Rücksicht auf ihre
Länge 2 m tief in den Abstandsbereich hineinragen.27
4 Im Übrigen gelten für Bauten und Anlagen im Abstandsbereich
die Vorschriften des Forstpolizeirechts.
