Art. 33
Die Polizei darf eine Person von einem Ort wegweisen oder für längstens 24 Stunden fernhalten, a. wenn die Person oder eine Ansammlung von Personen, der sie angehört, die öffentliche Sicherheit und Ordnung gefährdet, b. wenn die Person oder eine Ansammlung von Personen, der sie an- gehört, Dritte erheblich belästigt, gefährdet oder unberechtigter- weise an der bestimmungsgemässen Nutzung des öffentlich zugäng- lichen Raumes hindert, c. wenn Einsatzkräfte wie Polizei, Feuerwehr oder Rettungskräfte behindert oder gefährdet sind, d. wenn die Person selber ernsthaft und unmittelbar gefährdet ist, e. zur Wahrung der Rechte von Personen, insbesondere zur Wahrung der Pietät.
