Art. 7a

24 1 Die ersten fünf Monate des Arbeitsverhältnisses der Probezeit

Lehrpersonen gelten als Probezeit. Während der Probezeit kann das

Arbeitsverhältnis beidseitig unter Einhaltung einer Kündigungsfrist

von sieben Tagen auf den letzten Schultag vor den Schulferien auf-

gelöst werden.

2 Die Probezeit der Schulleiterinnen und Schulleiter richtet sich

nach § 14 des Personalgesetzes vom 27. September 19983.
