1 Bewilligt die Verfahrensleitung gemäss Art. 6131 StPO14 den
vorzeitigen Strafvollzug, sorgt das Amt für die Durchführung und die
erforderlichen Vollzugsregelungen, wenn die Voraussetzungen dafür
gegeben sind.20
2 Der vorzeitige Antritt erfolgt in einer geschlossenen Vollzugsein-
richtung nach den Regeln und Zuständigkeiten für den Vollzug rechts-
kräftiger Urteile. Vorbehalten bleiben besondere einschränkende An-
ordnungen der Verfahrensleitung gemäss Art. 6131 StPO14. Vollzugs-
lockerungen können gewährt werden, wenn die Verfahrensleitung nicht
wegen strafprozessualen Haftgründen Einspruch erhebt.26
