Art. 165

1 Bei der Beurteilung von Disziplinarvergehen werden die

Bestimmungen des Allgemeinen Teils des Strafgesetzbuches sinngemäss

angewendet.

2 Soweit in den Bestimmungen dieses Abschnitts keine abweichen-

den Regelungen getroffen werden, werden die Richtlinien der Ost-

schweizer Strafvollzugskommission33 für das Disziplinarrecht in den

Konkordatsanstalten17 angewendet.
