Art. 128

1 Die Durchführung der Untersuchungs- und Sicherheits- Anwendbare

haft erfolgt nach den Bestimmungen des 3. Teils, Abschnitte 1 und 3, Bestimmungen

soweit nachfolgend keine abweichenden Regelungen getroffen werden.

2 Die Durchführung der Auslieferungshaft erfolgt nach den Bestim-

mungen über die Untersuchungs- und Sicherheitshaft, soweit die ein-

weisende Behörde keine abweichenden Vorschriften erlässt.
