Art. 108
1 Die Vollzugseinrichtung sorgt für die körperliche und geis-
tige Gesundheit der verurteilten Personen. Zur Vermeidung von ge-
sundheitlichen Risiken können ärztliche oder psychiatrische Untersu-
chungen und Abklärungen veranlasst werden.
2 Die verurteilten Personen sind zu regelmässiger Körperpflege ver-
pflichtet.
