Art. 103
Im geschlossenen und offenen Straf- und Massnahmen- Arbeitspflicht
vollzug sind die verurteilten Personen verpflichtet, die ihnen zugewie- und Schul-
sene Arbeit zu verrichten. Bei der Zuweisung wird ihren Fähigkeiten besuch
soweit möglich und sinnvoll Rechnung getragen.
Schulbesuch und Besuch von Aus- und Weiterbildungsveranstal-
tungen sind für verurteilte Personen, die eine Berufslehre oder eine
berufliche Grundbildung mit Attest absolvieren oder bei denen dies im
Vollzugsplan vorgesehen ist, obligatorisch.
