Art. 4

1 Die Gebühren der Staatsanwaltschaften betragen für

a. mit einem Strafbefehl abgeschlossene

Untersuchungen

Fr. 150 bis 15 000

b. mit einer Einstellungsverfügung

abgeschlossene Untersuchungen betreffend

1. Übertretungen

Fr. 80 bis 1500

2. Verbrechen und Vergehen

Fr. 150 bis 20 000

c. die Nichtanhandnahme einer Untersuchung

Fr. 50 bis 5000

d. mit einer Anklageerhebung oder einem

Antrag gemäss Art. 374 StPO abgeschlossene

Untersuchungen

Fr. 300 bis 30 000

e. selbstständige Einziehungsverfahren

nach Art. 376–378 StPO8

Fr. 50 bis 15 000

2 Die Staatsanwaltschaften setzen die Gebühr nach Abs. 1 lit. d zu-

handen des Gerichts fest.
