Art. 4 : Verordnung des Obergerichts über den Wahlfähigkeitsausweis für Betreibungsbeamtinnen und Betreibungsbeamte
Art. 4
1 Der Prüfungsstoff umfasst folgende Fächer
a. Schuldbetreibungsrecht und Grundzüge des Konkursrechts,
b. Zivilprozessrecht,
c. Zivilgesetzbuch,
d. Obligationenrecht,
e. Verwaltungsrecht,
f. Betreibungs- und Konkursdelikte des Strafgesetzbuchs und elemen-
tare Grundlagen des Strafprozessrechts,
g. Staatskunde der Gemeinden, des Kantons und des Bundes.
2 Die Fächer gemäss Abs. 1 lit. b–e werden nur soweit geprüft, als
sie einen Bezug zur Tätigkeit des Betreibungsbeamten und Gemeinde-
ammanns aufweisen.
