Art. 42

1 Das Betreibungsinspektorat kann den Ämtern im Zusam-

menhang mit Inspektionen, Amtsübergaben und Hilfeleistungen ver-

bindliche Weisungen, auch über die Rechtsanwendung, erteilen.

2 Es erlässt allgemeine Weisungen in Form von Mitteilungsblättern,

Rundschreiben und Mustersammlungen.
