1 Akten, die das Archiv nicht übernimmt, vernichtet das Vernichtung
Amt, sofern das Betreibungsinspektorat die Bewilligung dazu erteilt.
2 Das Amt sorgt dafür, dass bei der Vernichtung ein Missbrauch der
Akten ausgeschlossen ist.
