Art. 18
1 Das Betreibungsinspektorat prüft das Gesuch und leitet es Gesuchsprüfung
zusammen mit einem begründeten Antrag an die Verwaltungskommis-
sion weiter.
2 Die Verwaltungskommission kann zur Prüfung eines Systems
oder einer Applikation auf Kosten des gesuchstellenden Amtes Sach-
verständige beiziehen.
