Art. 13

1 Das Amt überweist der Gemeinde

a. monatlich: die Gebühreneinnahmen,

b. jährlich

1. die Nettozinserträge aus dem Bankkonto, dem Postkonto und

aus den übrigen Geldanlagen des Amtes,

2. die Verrechnungssteuern.

2 Das Amt schreibt Nettozinserträge und Verrechnungssteuern, die

spezifisch bei einem Einzelgeschäft anfallen, der berechtigten Person

gut.
