Art. 11 : Verordnung über die Betreibungs und Gemeindeammannämter (VBG)
Art. 11
1 Zeichnungsberechtigt sind
a. die Stellvertretung,
b. die Betreibungsbeamtin oder der Betreibungsbeamte,
c. Angestellte des Amtes, denen die Betreibungsbeamtin oder der
Betreibungsbeamte die Zeichnungsberechtigung übertragen hat.
2 Die Stellvertretung bezeichnet sich als solche.
3 Angestellte fügen der Unterschrift den Zusatz «i.A.» oder die
Bezeichnung ihrer Funktion bei.
