Art. 60
1 Es werden keine Kostenvorschüsse verlangt.
2 Die Gebühren für ein Verfahren vor der KESB betragen zwischen
Fr. 200 und Fr. 10 000. In besonderen Fällen können die Gebühren ver-
doppelt oder es kann auf ihre Erhebung verzichtet werden.
3 Die Gebühren werden insbesondere nach dem Aufwand und der
Schwierigkeit des Verfahrens und der Bedeutung des Geschäfts fest-
gelegt.
4 Weitere Kosten der KESB werden zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt.
5 Die KESB auferlegt Gebühren und weitere Kosten den Verfah-
rensbeteiligten unter Berücksichtigung des Ausgangs des Verfahrens.
Sie kann auf die Erhebung von Verfahrenskosten, die weder eine am
Verfahren beteiligte Person noch Dritte veranlasst haben, verzichten.
6 Parteientschädigungen werden in der Regel nicht zugesprochen.
