Art. 40
1 Das Verfahren vor der KESB und den gerichtlichen Be-
schwerdeinstanzen richtet sich nach den Bestimmungen des ZGB und
dieses Gesetzes.
2 Enthalten diese Gesetze keine Bestimmungen, gelten für die Ver-
fahren vor den gerichtlichen Beschwerdeinstanzen die Bestimmungen
des GOG7. Für die Verfahren vor der KESB gelten diese Bestimmun-
gen sinngemäss.
3 Subsidiär gelten für alle Verfahren die Bestimmungen der ZPO14
sinngemäss.
