Art. 2 : Verordnung über die Anwaltsgebühren (AnwGebV)
Art. 2
1 Grundlage für die Festsetzung der Gebühr bilden
a. im Zivilprozess: Streitwert bzw. Interessewert,
b. im Strafprozess: Bedeutung des Falls,
c. die Verantwortung der Anwältin oder des Anwalts,
d. notwendiger Zeitaufwand der Anwältin oder des Anwalts,
e. Schwierigkeit des Falls.
2 Bei einem offensichtlichen Missverhältnis zwischen dem Streitwert
und dem notwendigen Zeitaufwand der Vertretung wird die gemäss Ver-
ordnung berechnete Gebühr entsprechend erhöht oder herabgesetzt.
3 In Strafverfahren gilt die Regel von Abs. 2 sinngemäss.
