Art. 8 : Gebührenverordnung des Obergerichts (GebV OG)
Art. 8
1 Im summarischen Verfahren beträgt die Gebühr die Hälfte Summarisches
bis drei Viertel der ordentlichen Gebühr.
2 Für die Entgegennahme einer Schutzschrift beträgt die Gebühr
Fr. 500 bis Fr. 2000.
3 Bei nicht streitigen Erbschaftsangelegenheiten bemisst sich die
Gebühr nach dem Interessewert und dem Zeitaufwand des Gerichts.
Sie beträgt in der Regel Fr. 100 bis Fr. 7000.
4 Bei anderen Angelegenheiten der freiwilligen Gerichtsbarkeit
beträgt die Gebühr Fr. 100 bis Fr. 7000.
