Art. 6 : Gebührenverordnung des Obergerichts (GebV OG)
Art. 6
1 In Scheidungsverfahren nach Art. 274–294 ZPO wird die Besondere
Gebühr gemäss § 5 festgesetzt.
2 Die Gebühr kann bis zur Hälfte der ordentlichen Gebühr ermäs-
sigt werden
a. bei einer Ehescheidung oder -trennung auf gemeinsames Begeh-
ren, wenn sich die Parteien umfassend geeinigt haben,
b. in Eheschutzsachen.
3 Abs. 1 und 2 gelten sinngemäss für Prozesse über eingetragene
Partnerschaften.
