Art. 45
Die Präsidentin oder der Präsident des Handelsgerichts oder
ein von dieser oder diesem bezeichnetes Mitglied des Handelsgerichts
entscheidet als einzige Instanz und Einzelgericht
a. Streitigkeiten gemäss Art. 5 Abs. 1 Bst.70 g ZPO,
b. über Anordnungen gemäss Art. 5 Abs. 2 und Art. 6 Abs. 5 ZPO,
c. Streitigkeiten gemäss Art. 250 Bst.70 c ZPO, deren Streitwert min-
destens Fr. 30 000 beträgt,
d. über den Rechtsschutz in klaren Fällen (Art. 257 ZPO) im Zustän-
digkeitsbereich des Handelsgerichts.
