Art. 199
1 Das Obergericht erlässt Gebührenverordnungen für die
Gerichte und die Schlichtungsbehörden sowie für die Aufgaben des
Gemeindeammanns. Es legt die Verordnungen dem Kantonsrat zur
Genehmigung vor.59
2 Der Regierungsrat erlässt für die Oberstaatsanwaltschaft, die
Staatsanwaltschaften, die Oberjugendanwaltschaft, die Jugendanwalt-
schaften und die Statthalterämter Gebührenverordnungen.
3 Grundlagen für die Festsetzung der Gebühren sind
a. der Streitwert oder das tatsächliche Streitinteresse,
b. der Zeitaufwand der entscheidenden Behörde, in Strafverfahren
auch der Zeitaufwand der Strafverfolgungsbehörden,
c. die Schwierigkeit des Falls.
