Art. 147
1 Der Gemeindeammann kann vom Gericht beauftragt Hilfsperson
werden mit
a. Bekanntmachungen nach Art. 259 ZPO,
b. der Vollstreckung von Anordnungen gemäss Art. 343 Abs. 1 Bst.70 d
und e ZPO.
2 Er kann den Vollzug von einem Kostenvorschuss abhängig ma-
chen und nötigenfalls die Hilfe der Polizei beanspruchen.
