Art. 27

1 Das öffentliche Organ erlässt eine Verfügung, wenn es den Verfügung

Zugang zur gewünschten Information verweigern, einschränken oder

aufschieben will.

2 Will es entgegen dem Willen Dritter Informationszugang gewäh-

ren, so teilt es dies den betroffenen Dritten mittels Verfügung mit.
