Art. 22
1 Die betroffene Person kann die Bekanntgabe ihrer Perso-
nendaten an Private sperren lassen, wenn das öffentliche Organ aufgrund
einer spezialgesetzlichen Bestimmung Personendaten voraussetzungs-
los bekannt geben kann.
2 Das öffentliche Organ gibt Personendaten trotz Sperrung bekannt,
wenn die gesuchstellende Person nachweist, dass die Sperrung sie an
der Verfolgung eigener Rechte gegenüber der betroffenen Person hin-
dert.
