Art. 20
1 Jede Person hat Anspruch auf Zugang zu den bei einem Zugang zu
öffentlichen Organ vorhandenen Informationen.
2 Jede Person hat Anspruch auf Zugang zu den eigenen Personen-
daten.
3 In nicht rechtskräftig abgeschlossenen Verwaltungs- und Verwal-
tungsjustizverfahren richtet sich das Recht auf Zugang zu Information
nach dem massgeblichen Verfahrensrecht.
