Art. 17

Die Leiterinnen und Leiter der Abstimmungslokale oder

die Gemeindeangestellten gemäss § 15 Abs. 3 GPR überzeugen sich

vor dem Einsatz der Urnen, dass sie leer sind. Danach verschliessen sie

diese und schützen sie vor unbefugtem Einwerfen von Wahl- oder

Stimmzetteln und vor Entwendung.
