Art. 66

1 Die Gemeinde kann zur Ausgliederung eine Anstalt errich-

ten, die über Rechtspersönlichkeit sowie eigene personelle und finan-

zielle Mittel verfügt.

2 Die Anstalt hat mindestens einen Vorstand und eine Prüfstelle.

3 Im Übrigen gelten die Bestimmungen über die politischen Ge-

meinden, soweit sie mit den Besonderheiten der Anstalt vereinbar

sind.
