Allgemeines
§ 2 ÜStG · Gemeindestrafrecht
1. Zur Durchsetzung allgemeinverbindlicher Gemeindereglemente können durch Gemeindebeschluss für bestimmte Tatbestände Strafbestimmungen geschaffen werden.
2. Die Zuständigkeit der Gemeinden als Übertretungsstrafbehörde richtet sich nach § 53 Abs. 1 Bst. b Gesetz über die Organisation der Zivil- und Strafrechtspflege (Gerichtsorganisationsgesetz, GOG) vom 26. August 2010.
