§ 2 Gerichtsorganisationsgesetz, GOG · Rechtsanwendung
1. Dieses Gesetz findet auf alle Verfahren der Zivil- und Strafrechtspflege Anwendung, soweit Bundesrecht oder kantonales Recht nichts anderes vorschreiben.
2. Fehlt eine Vorschrift, ist nach der Regel zu entscheiden, welche der anzuwendenden Prozessordnung und diesem Gesetz am besten entspricht.
