Meldestellen
§ 2 Amtsblattverordnung, ABV · Begriff
1. Meldestellen sind die Amtsstellen, die Erlasse und amtliche Texte gemäss § 7b Abs. 1-4 PublG-ZG im Amtsblatt des Kantons Zug veröffentlichen lassen können.
2. Es sind dies
a) die eidgenössischen, kantonalen und kommunalen Behörden und Verwaltungsstellen;
b) die öffentlich-rechtlichen Anstalten und Körperschaften;
c) die Dritten, die mit der Erfüllung öffentlicher Aufgaben betraut sind.
