1. Sur proposition du Conseil d'Etat, le Grand Conseil nomme, pour chaque période administrative, une Commission cantonale de recours en matière agricole et de remaniements parcellaires.

2. Le Conseil d'Etat en règle le fonctionnement et l'organisation.
