1. La Chambre valaisanne d'agriculture est l'organisation faîtière du secteur.
2. Lorsque ses statuts sont homologués par le Conseil d'Etat, elle devient organe consultatif du canton en matière agricole.
3. Le canton lui verse une contribution annuelle.
