Art. 8 LALAFam · Allocation de formation professionnelle

1. L'allocation de formation professionnelle est une prestation mensuelle accordée à partir du mois qui suit celui au cours duquel l'enfant atteint l'âge de 16 ans jusqu'à la fin de la formation, mais au plus tard jusqu'à la fin du mois au cours duquel il atteint l'âge de 25 ans.

2. L'allocation de formation professionnelle est également due si la formation professionnelle débute avant l'âge de 16 ans.

3. L'allocation de formation professionnelle s'élève à 445 francs par mois.
