Art. 8 Règlement concernant la composition et l'organisation du tribunal arbitral prévu à l'article 25 de la LAMA, ainsi que la procédure à suivre devant ce tribunal
1. Les parties adressent au président, dans le délai fixé, leur mémoire concernant les preuves, avec pièces à l'appui.
2. Lorsqu'un moyen de preuve n'est pas à la disposition des parties, elles en informent le président qui prend les mesures pour les procurer et qui, à cet effet, peut contraindre les tiers à déposer dans la cause.
3. Le mémoire concernant les preuves peut être accompagné des questions à poser aux témoins et aux experts.
4. S'il s'agit d'entendre des témoins hors du pays ou des personnes malades, de recueillir un rapport écrit d'expert ou de procéder à une visite des lieux, le président prend les mesures nécessaires à cet effet.
