Art. 19 OC · Modification
1. Est soumise à autorisation de construire toute modification importante apportée aux constructions et installations.
2. Sont en particulier réputées modifications importantes
a) la transformation de l’aspect extérieur telle que la modification des façades, le changement de couleur des façades ainsi que l’apport de matériaux nouveaux lors de travaux de rénovation;
b) le changement d’affectation de constructions et d’installations ayant un effet sur le respect des prescriptions applicables à la zone et des dispositions relatives aux distances et aux alignements ou provoquant une charge supplémentaire importante pour les installations d’équipement;
c) les modifications apportées à des bâtiments ou parties de bâtiments classés ou inventoriés.
