Art. 16 OC · Mur de soutènement et terrain aménagé

1. Les communes peuvent fixer, pour chaque type de zones de leur plan d’affectation

a) une hauteur maximale pour les murs de soutènement;

b) une pente maximale en pourcent du terrain aménagé en tenant compte de la configuration des différents secteurs.
