Art. 17 LSub · Situation économique du requérant
1. Lors du traitement de la demande de subvention, il doit être tenu compte, dans le cadre posé par la législation spéciale, de la situation et du potentiel économiques du requérant ainsi que d'autres subventions déjà accordées.
2. L'autorité compétente peut supprimer totalement ou partiellement une aide financière, pour autant que la situation économique du requérant lui permette d'accomplir la tâche sans subvention.
