Art. 16 LALPA · Police

1. Les autorités de surveillance, d'exécution et pénales peuvent faire appel à l'aide de la police cantonale, des polices communales et des polices intercommunales.

2. La police prête son concours pour permettre d'éclaircir les infractions présumées à la législation sur la protection des animaux.

3. Elle surveille le transport des animaux.

4. La police et les autres organes d'exécution doivent coordonner leurs activités de façon à garantir la protection des animaux et sauvegarder les éléments utiles aux enquêtes judiciaires.

5. Cette collaboration n'est pas indemnisée.
