Art. 3 LALAVI · Réserve de la loi sur les subventions

1. Les dispositions de la loi cantonale sur les subventions du 13 novembre 1995 sont applicables directement et dans leur intégralité aux subventions prévues par la présente loi. Les dispositions de celle-ci demeurent applicables dans la mesure où elles ne sont pas contraires à la loi sur les subventions.
