Art. 18 LALAVI · Modification et abrogation du droit en vigueur

1. La loi d'application de la loi fédérale sur l'aide aux victimes d'infractions du 11 novembre 1992 est abrogée.

2. Le règlement concernant la commission cantonale d'aide aux victimes d'infractions du 12 avril 1995 est abrogé.

3. Le code de procédure pénale du canton du Valais du 22 février 1962 est modifié.
