Art. 6 LDPolJ · Traitement informatique

1. Pour le stockage et le traitement automatisé des données, le Conseil d'Etat peut autoriser la police valaisanne à louer un ordinateur auprès du service informatique d'une autre police.

2. Dans cette éventualité, la police valaisanne procédera elle-même à l'enregistrement de ses données dans l'ordinateur loué et s'assurera que le traitement des informations se fasse selon le principe de la propriété.
