1. Les données relatives aux personnes s'adonnant à la prostitution doivent être conservées séparément de celles recueillies dans le cadre d'une enquête de police judiciaire.
2. Les données doivent être conservées pendant une durée n'excédant pas celle nécessaire aux finalités pour lesquelles elles sont enregistrées.
3. Le système doit être périodiquement épuré des données qui ne sont plus pertinentes par rapport au but visé.
