Art. 14 LACP · Service a) Unités d'organisation
1. Pour l'exécution des jugements pénaux concernant les condamnés adultes, le service dispose des unités d'organisation suivantes
a) un office des sanctions et des mesures d'accompagnement (ci-après: office);
b) des établissements pour l'exécution des peines privatives de liberté;
c) un établissement pour jeunes adultes condamnés à une mesure thérapeutique institutionnelle.
2. Demeurent réservées les dispositions de la LACPP, de la LADPMin et de la LAPPMin traitant des établissements de détention avant jugement et des établissements pour mineurs gérés par le service.
