Art. 9 LALP · Assistance de la force publique

1. Le préposé peut requérir l'intervention de la police cantonale pour la mise en oeuvre d'un moyen de contrainte dans les cas prévus par la législation fédérale.

2. Pour la notification d'un acte de poursuite, il peut faire appel à un agent de la police communale ou intercommunale et, à défaut, à un fonctionnaire communal du lieu de domicile du destinataire de la notification.

3. Dans l'exécution de leur mission, les organes de police sont de simples auxiliaires de l'office, auquel ils sont momentanément subordonnés.
