Art. 8 LTar · Témoins

1. Les témoins reçoivent

a) une indemnité de déplacement selon l'article 9;

b) une indemnité de présence de 50 francs;

c) une indemnité de 120 francs par nuit s'ils ne peuvent regagner leur domicile.

2. Selon les circonstances, ces indemnités peuvent être majorées.
