1. L'émolument est de 90 à 4'800 francs pour les autres procédures, en particulier pour les affaires relevant de la protection de l'enfant et de l'adulte, les affaires non contentieuses, les causes soumises à une procédure sommaire, les procédures de recours limités au droit, de révision, d'interprétation et de rectification ainsi que pour les incidents de procédure.
